Erectile Dysfunction, or impotency, is a sexual problem in males because of which erection cannot be maintained or the erection is not firm enough for sexual intercourse. In Ayurveda, this condition is known as Klaibya and is categorized in four different types. Premature Ejaculation

Oligospermia (Low Sperm Count)
Oligospermia refers to a condition in which the semen has a low concentration of sperm and is a common finding in male infertility. A male is said to have this condition if he ejaculates less than 20 million sperm per millilitre.
Obstruction of the normal flow of sperm due to such conditions as testicular trauma and vasectomy. Scarring due to surgery on the male reproductive system and from infection. Decrease in sperm production due to such conditions as Varicoceles (Varicose veins around the testes), hormonal disorders, diseases of the testicles, and obesity. Stress, smoking, drug or alcohol use, some medications, exposure to some toxins, malnutrition and being underweight. Some sexually transmitted diseases, such as Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.
Azoospermia (Nil Sperm Count)
Azoospermia refers to a condition in which the semen has complete absence of sperm and is a condition cause infertility in male.
Azoospermia may occur because of an obstruction in the reproductive tract, inadequate sperm production due to infection or sexually transmitted diseases.
Hormonal disorders, diseases of the testicles, obesity, stress, smoking, drug or alcohol use, some medications, exposure to some toxins, malnutrition and being underweight are most common reasons of the cause.
Some sexually transmitted diseases, such as Chlamydia and Gonorrhea are also responsible.
Nocturnal Emission
Involuntary outbreak of semen is termed as nocturnal emission or night fall. Repetition may lead to develop excess semen eruption and excess of every voluntary and involuntary habit or phenomenon is emphatically hazardous to one’s life.
